We hand select the ripest jalapeño Peppers for our smokey pepper sauce. Carefully blended with a secret combination of smoked jalapeño peppers and freshly ground spices makes this a great condiment for spicing up and giving any dish a rich smokey flavor. Slowly cooked in small batches exactly the same way the chuck wagon cooks did back in the 1840's on the Old Texas Spanish Trails that led back to San Antonio, Texas.
